Notes About Customs Clearance And Shipment

1. Customs Clearance.

We are in charge of the customs clearance in our side. If you are unable to clear goods from your customs, we are not responsible for the lost in case your local customs stuck the packages.

Especially Brazil or Turkey customers: if you don't have the right to import goods, please don't place order with us.

We try our best to help the customers on customs clearance usually.

2. Shipment.

Shipment terms are DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, UPS, and EMS. Usually we don't ship package via Hong Kong post. But some customers ask us to use Hong Kong post. The transport time is from 15 days to 45 days. And it is risky to lose package during shipment. If customers choose Hong Kong post, we are not responsible for the lost in case package lost.
